‘Fighting is always the last answer to a problem‘ says the old Mr. Miyagi to his karate pupil Daniel in the famous movie Karate kid, as he clips his bonsai tree. Karate is a martial art, but you do not need to injure each other! With this fun workshop for your stag/hen party you will learn the basics of this sport. After a warming up you will practise several punches, kicks and defences. Control, rhythm, and timing are important and our professional karate teacher will make you enthusiastic for sure. If you feel like it, you can end your workshop by using your new moves on special pillows (very therapeutic!)
LocationThe workshop is given at various locations in and around the centre of the city.
One of the locations is selected for your group, depending on availability. In addition you will receive clear directions, so you will not get lost on the day itself!
