Wearing high heels is an art itself! A lot of women find it hard to stay in balance and being elegant at the same time! During this new workshop, which is ultimately popular in the USA and Great Britain, you learn a lot about wearing ‘stiletto’s’ and you receive tips and tricks which can make you progress and move like a real ‘femme fatale’.
Our professional and experienced dancer will guide you during this 1,5 hours workshop while sharing her secrets with you. She tells, shows and dances a striptease. Then it’s your turn to follow her advise and practice the different exercises. Did you know that by wearing high heels, you work out many muscles in your legs, ankles, feet, calves and abdomen?
LocationThe work shop will take place in a dance studio that is situated in or around the centre.
In addition you will receive clear directions, so you will not get lost on the day itself!
