Time for girl power? Go on our ‘Charlie’s Angels tour’... during this fun and informative workshop. The exercises are based on the Eastern martial art ‘Karate‘ mixed with special punch, throw-, holding and kicking techniques for women. You get to know a couple of weak points in the human body and you practise together different escaping techniques.

LocationThe workshop is given at various locations in and around the centre of the city.
One of the locations is selected for your group, depending on availability. In addition you will receive clear directions, so you will not get lost on the day itself!
